These terms govern your use of Get Smart CV at https://www.getsmartcv.com/. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
You own the content you enter. You give us permission to store, display and process it only to provide the service to you, such as showing previews and creating your download. You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV.
When you use or buy a template you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to create and download CVs with it for your own job applications or professional use. The template designs remain our property and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.
Premium templates and passes are one-time purchases linked to your account, shown with the price at checkout. Free templates may be used at no cost. Payments are processed by third-party providers or confirmed manually by us. Coupons may be withdrawn at any time. Please read our Refund policy for refunds.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change, add or remove templates and features.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or job outcomes, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. See also our Disclaimer.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Sections that by nature should continue (such as licence limits and liability) will continue.
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Get Smart CV is established.
