Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can get a refund at Get Smart CV.

Free templates

Free templates cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Premium templates and passes

You can try any premium template for free in the editor before you buy, with a watermarked preview. Because a purchase unlocks a digital product immediately, we generally do not refund after you have downloaded a PDF with that template.

When we will refund you

• You were charged more than once for the same item.
• The template you bought does not work as described and we cannot fix it.
• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded your CV with the purchased template or pass.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email on your account and your order details. We usually reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal, card or the bank or wallet you used for a manual payment). Your bank may take several business days to show it. When an order is refunded, access to the purchased template or pass is removed.

Cancellations

There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. You are charged once per purchase.

Coupons

If you paid with a coupon, the refund covers the amount you actually paid.
